tHe tech Behind the tEch
Kevin Hu is a seasoned audio engineer with over two decades of experience, including more than 10 years on tour with artists like The 1975, The Lumineers, and My Chemical Romance. He began mixing at his childhood church in Northern California and sharpened his skills through large-scale productions at UC San Diego, eventually working with top production houses like Clair Global, Eighth Day Sound, and PRG. Known for his calm under pressure and deep technical expertise, Kevin founded Hu’s Listening to build reliable, real-world systems that support the people behind the mix.
